Dr. Anita Singh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Hindi at D.B.S College in Govind Nagar, Kanpur, a role she has held since 2006. She completed her undergraduate studies at Government Girls Inter college, Faizabad and her postgraduate studies at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Awadh University in Faizabad, in 1999. She earned her Ph.D. from Lucknow University in Lucknow. She has B and C certificate in N.C.C. She has participated in over 50 seminars, webinars, workshops, and conferences, and published ten papers in peer-reviewed journals, as well as 8 papers and chapters in edited books. She is an active member of various prestigious organizations. Additionally, she has been awarded GURU INTERNATIONAL PRIDE AWARD 2023 due to her remarkable contribution in the fields of education and literature (Hindi). For upliftment of Hindi, she has been awarded Acharya Mahaveer Prasad Dwivedi by Uttar Pradesh Hindi Sansthaan Lucknow.
