Dr. Sanjay Kumar Singh has 33 years teaching experience in Graduate and Post Graduate and 15 years research experience. In addition, last five years He attended 12 National Seminar, Conference, Workshop and Lecture Series. He has served in various positions in the college including Proctorial Board, Sports Board, Admission Committee etc.

Presently, infinite chemical constituents present in plants, some are responsible for their medicinal properties. Sometimes, the medicinal plants may contain toxic substances, that are why, direct use of plants in their natural state is not beneficial, therefore, isolation of desire natural ingredients from medicinal plants is very essential. In the field of natural products, the chemical investigation developed new techniques like chromatography, spectrophotometer and various physiological methods. These techniques are applied for the isolation of desired organic compound which are present in plants in the small quantity. Therefore three leguminous medicinal plants have been selected for their chemical examination as well as their medicinal value, was carried out.(1) Smithia conferta(2) Prosopis spicigera(3) Sesbania aegyptiaca.
