Dr. Shikha Saxena is working as an Assistant Professor in Political science department, D.B.S. college Kanpur since 2002. She have teaching experience about 22 years of UG and PG classes. She has actively participated in national and international seminar. She also participated in national seminar organised by department as a co-convenor. As a teacher, she is dedicated to cultivating a supportive learning environment where every student can thrive. With a passion for Political science, she strive to make learning engaging and relevant, integrating real-world examples and interactive activities into her lessons. She is committed to their holistic development, not only academically but also socially and emotionally. Her goal is to inspire a love for learning and empower her students.
