Mr. Sumitra Nand Srivastava is Assistant Professor and Head of Department of History at D.B.S College, Kanpur. He was a student at Allahabad University. It is one of the oldest University of India and also known as the Oxford of East. He has participated and presented many research papers in National and international seminars. With more than 25 years of experience in UG and PG classroom teaching as well as online teaching, he thrives to inspire and helps students to develop critical thinking to connect historical events to contemporary issues. He believes in creating a supportive environment where every student feels valued and encouraged to ask questions. His aim is to build a strong foundation in history that will support their academic journey and foster a lifelong appreciation for the subject.
