Mr. Upendra Kumar is an academic professional currently serving as an assistant professor at D.B.S. PG College, Kanpur. He specializes in teaching organic and inorganic chemistry to M.Sc. and B.Sc. courses. Mr. Upendra Kumar completed her graduation in 2016 and post- graduation in 2018 from Banaras Hindu University (B.H.U.) Varanasi. He pursuing his Ph.D. in organic chemistry under the supervision of Professor Satyendra Kumar Pandey at Banaras Hindu University on topic "Copper -Catalysed Selective O-Aroylation and Metal -Free Intramolecular Oxidation for Annulation and Aromatizatio in the Synthesis of Benzothiazoles and Naphthothiazoles", He has published four research article in reputed international journal till date. Mr. Upendra Kumar mainly focuses in metal - free and transition metal catalyzed to devloped some novel protocols for the Synthesis of useful organic compounds. The demand sustainable chemistry has inspired chemists to seek efficient and economical way to develope new strategies for over the last few decades among both industrial and academic research. Our approach strive to develope, utilize efficient and atom - economical methods for the elaboration the cheapest and cleanest routes for the Synthesis of complex organic molecules. In this pursuit, development of strategies based on C-H functionalization, Cross dehydrogenative coupling (CDC), Oxidative cross coupling, transition metal- free, base-free and additive free and utilization of elemental sulfur have made in the present dissertations to accomplish some important heteroatom containing organic compounds.
